As a general guideline, our standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days to reach you. However, in rare instances of inclement weather, this period may extend to 10-14 business days.     In my design services, I offer a standard allowance of two revisions, unless your specific package includes a different revision policy. Please note that any revisions requested beyond the third iteration will incur an additional fee. In cases where an excessive number of revisions are being requested, and it exceeds what is considered reasonable, a supplementary fee of $50 will be applied. Rest assured, you will be informed in advance should we approach this point, ensuring complete transparency in the process. Furthermore, it's crucial to review the work thoroughly before final publication to avoid the need for additional revisions. Once the designs are finalized, any errors that necessitate reprints will be subject to an additional fee.     When it comes to cap designs, please keep in mind the following guidelines: Size Limitation: Cap designs should not exceed a height of 2.25 inches. This constraint ensures that your designs are well-suited for the cap's surface. Logo Editing: We do not offer editing services for logos. Please ensure that your logo or design is finalized and ready for production when submitting your order. Copyright for Artwork Revisions: Copyright agreements apply to any revisions made to artwork. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient design and production process for your cap orders.     For left chest placement, please adhere to the following guidelines: The design should not exceed 3 x 3 inches in both width and height. These specifications are important to ensure that the design fits appropriately on the left chest area of the garment.   • Understanding Direct to Film Transfers
    Direct to Film (DTF) transfers represent an innovative printing technology employed in the garment decoration industry. Here's how it works: Printing onto Special Films: In DTF printing, designs are first printed onto specialized films. These films serve as the medium for transferring the design onto the fabric. Transfer to Garments: The printed films are then placed onto the garment or fabric. Heat and pressure are applied to facilitate the transfer of the design from the film onto the fabric. Versatile Fabric Compatibility: One of the advantages of DTF transfers is their compatibility with various fabric types and colors. Whether you're working with cotton, polyester, dark-colored, or light-colored fabrics, DTF transfers can be adhered effectively. DTF transfers offer several benefits, including the ability to reproduce intricate and vibrant designs with a high level of detail. This technology has gained popularity for its versatility and the quality of results it delivers, making it a valuable option for custom apparel and garment decoration.
  • Uploading Your Design Guidelines
    When submitting your design, please follow these guidelines for a smooth process: File Formats: We accept .PNG or .PSD files only. Ensure your design is saved in one of these formats before uploading. Transparent Background: Your artwork should have a transparent background. Designs with non-transparent backgrounds may be rejected. Clarity and Size: Make sure your artwork is clear, crisp, and sized correctly for your intended use. High-resolution files with 300 DPI (dots per inch) are preferred for the best results. Artwork Alterations: Please be aware that we do not offer artwork alteration services. Ensure your design is finalized and ready for production. CMYK Format: For color accuracy, save your files in CMYK format. If you're working with a .PSD file, this format is ideal. Processing Time Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. During this period, we will work diligently to prepare your order to meet our quality standards.   • Pressing Instructions for Cold Peel Transfer
    To achieve the best results with your cold peel transfer, we follow these pressing instructions: Temperature Setting: Set your heat press to 330 degrees Fahrenheit. Pre-Press: Pre-press the shirt for 10 seconds. This step helps remove any moisture from the fabric, ensuring proper adhesion of the transfer. Transfer Placement: Place the transfer on the garment with the printed side facing down. Ensure that the design is positioned correctly. Pressing Time: Cover the transfer and garment with a teflon sheet. Apply firm and even pressure for 15 seconds. Cooling Period: Allow the transfer to cool completely. This cooling process is crucial for the transfer to properly adhere to the fabric. Carrier Sheet Removal: After the transfer has cooled, carefully remove the carrier sheet. Ensure that the design remains securely on the garment. Final Press: Place the garment back onto the heat press with the design facing up. Cover it with the teflon sheet again and press for an additional 10 seconds. Remember to exercise caution when handling the heated elements of the heat press. Your safety is paramount.
